MEET SUSAN

Susan Dorety Dwyer is a well-respected residential interior designer in the Charlotte, North Carolina and Rock Hill, South Carolina areas. With over twenty years business experience, her passion for interior design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings she creates. She enjoys partnering her clients' dreams and personal tastes with her expertise and talent in order to create a home environment for them that will be a beautiful and most welcome retreat.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Susan has always had an affinity for elements of structural design and aesthetics. After college, she settled in North Carolina, where she raised her three sons. Her career includes being on staff as an interior designer for Havertys, Thomasville, and Drexel Heritage. Susan's design work and decorating skills have also been showcased commercially, including Tim Wilkison's Sports Complex at the Palisades.

Susan has a full staff of skilled artisans who provide excellent decorator results with every project. You will find  her work style to be very easy going and not at all intimidating. She believes in offering unique solutions to reflect your personality and style, allowing your home to become truly yours.  Partnering with Susan  not only saves you precious time and money, but the results will reflect a home environment that provides the true sanctuary you deserve.

Susan's specialty is creating unique custom window treatments. What was formerly referred to as "curtains" or "drapes", window treatments come in a wide variety of structured designs, such as panels, valances, swags and sheers. These variances are what allow a room to contain the perfect window design solution that will beautifully compliment and complete it.
